Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty for 5 years on parts and accessories. This warranty ensures that you can enjoy the reliability and performance of our products with the peace of mind that any potential issues with parts or accessories will be addressed within the specified timeframe. Are there any shipping fees?

Can I return an item?
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If ever your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. We don’t cover shipping costs for returns in this case. The item that you're returning should be repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
Once our Loft + Ivy Support Specialist receives and inspects your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days.
